Duinzicht 17 receives prestigious Q label
We are proud to announce that Duinzicht 17 has achieved the coveted Q-label! This quality label is awarded to companies that excel in hospitality, service and customer focus.
To achieve this unique label, we went through an intensive quality process. This path consisted of training, guidance and inspiring visits to Best Practices. We also demonstrated through a comprehensive quality dossier how we integrate this knowledge into our operations.
An important part of the process was the assessment by a mystery visitor. This involved a thorough evaluation of our friendliness, hospitality and cleanliness. The positive report of this, together with our quality dossier and a conversation with the jury, led to the award of the Q label.
